Technology Event in Canada to Boost Innovation in Woodworking Industry
Biesse, Canada is preparing to host Woodworking Technology Days 2025 from October 21 to 24 at its newly opened Material Hub in Vaughan, Ontario. The event will serve as a platform to showcase the latest innovations in woodworking and multi-material processing. Demonstrations will feature CNC machinery, edge-banding technologies, door and panel production solutions using materials such as MDF and veneer, as well as advanced systems that connect design directly to production. The new facility represents part of Biesse’s long-term investment strategy to strengthen Canada’s manufacturing technology infrastructure. With this initiative, the company aims to enhance operational efficiency while integrating automation and digitization into the woodworking sector. The event will also provide participants with a hands-on experience across the entire production cycle — from programming and cutting to finishing and assembly. Experts from both Canada and the United States are expected to take part, discussing market opportunities, innovation, and the skills needed to keep pace with rapid technological change.
